DELIVERY METHODS

Shipments are made by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost 24h or by carrier. Pick-ups at the factory are also possible.

The choice of delivery method is yours, except for certain products and certain destinations where the mode of transport is imposed.

Delivery by Colissimo

• Packages are not delivered against a signature. Colissimo parcels are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
• From the moment the parcel is picked up, the delivery time is 8 days in metropolitan France and 10 days internationally.
• You can follow the progress of your parcels directly on the internet thanks to the tracking number
• Deliveries are made by your postman. In case of absence at the time of delivery, your parcel will be available in your usual post office.

Note: In case of return of the parcels for incomplete, erroneous address, or for not reception of the parcel at the post office after the time limit, you will be asked for an additional participation for the return of the order.

Delivery by Mondial Relay (France, Spain, Benelux)

• Packages are delivered to a Relay Point and are handed over on presentation of an identity document.
• From the moment the parcel is picked up, the delivery time is 3 working days in metropolitan France, and 3 to 5 working days abroad.
• You can follow the progress of your parcels directly on the internet.

Delivery by carrier

The carrier will contact you to make an appointment with you and possibly ask you for additional information about your delivery address. All packages are delivered against a signature.

Chronopost 24h delivery (France, Spain)

Chronopost 24h delivery is reserved for shipments of nematodes. They are placed in a cool place and must be received within 24 to 48 hours. Our packaging allows the nematodes to be conditioned in an atmosphere that is favourable to them for 48 hours.

• Before placing your order, make sure you are available to receive the parcel which will be delivered by a Chronopost carrier (BEWARE, this is not your usual postman: he may come at different times). We will not proceed to any refund in case of your absence.
• From the moment the parcel is picked up, the delivery is made within 24 hours.
• Packages are delivered against a signature
• If the recipient is absent, the parcel is returned to the agency.

Collection from the factory

Collection from the Labrit factory is possible by appointment taken on 05 58 03 39 01 at least 48 hours in advance.

Pick-up times are: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

ORDER PREPARATION TIMES

Order processing and preparation times vary according to the products. They are generally 2 working days. Our delivery times are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment on our part to deliver on a fixed date.

Shipping is free in France for orders over 75 € TTC.

RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L.121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your order to inform customer service of your wish to return the product and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.

Access the withdrawal form

In the event of receipt of an altered parcel (damaged, opened, etc.), apparent quality defects or a quantity error on the products, your complaint must be made in writing within a maximum of 8 days of receipt of the parcel. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. The above period is extended to 6 months for any hidden defect.

The return costs are at the buyer’s expense.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 7 days, and at the latest, within 14 days of receipt by the seller of the products returned by the buyer in accordance with the above conditions.
